Terms and Conditions

  1. Price Inclusions: The price includes stage, LED panel, sound, and lighting. However, equipment operation is excluded.

  2. Price Changes: SIX IN THE CITY EVENT SPACE  reserve the right to change the RENTAL price at any time without notice.

  3. Booking Hours: The total booking hours must include both set-up and dismantle time.

  4. Corkage & Outsider Caterer Charge: There's a RM500 charge for corkage and outsider caterers, excluding mixer drinks.

  5. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of RM1000 is required. Payment will be issued and deposited into the client's account within 7 days.

  6. Payment: 50% of the rental fee must be paid upon booking. The booking fee is non-refundable if the client cancels the rental.

  7. Cleaning Fee: A compulsory RM350 cleaning fee applies to each booking to maintain venue cleanliness.

  8. Damages and Liability: Outline the responsibilities of the client for any damages caused to the venue during the event. Specify the procedure for reporting damages and the potential costs for repairs.

  9. Initial Booking Payment: Upon booking the venue, a non-refundable of booking fee of RM1000 is due. This fee reserves the date and time of the event.

  10. Advance Payment: 50% of the total rental fee is due 60 days prior to the event date. This advance payment confirms the booking and allows for necessary preparations.

  11. Final Payment: The remaining balance of 50% Balance must be paid in full no later than five (5) days before the event date. Failure to make the final payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of the booking.

  12. Please note the following terms regarding payments:

  13. All payments should be made through online banking transfer and must be in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

  14. If the booking is made less than 7days before the event date, the full rental fee must be paid at the time of booking.

  15. In the event of cancellation by the client, the initial booking payment is non-refundable. If the full rental fee has been paid prior to cancellation, the refund will be processed as per the cancellation policy.

  16. The SIX IN THE CITY reserves the right to cancel the booking if the full payment is not received by the specified deadline. In such cases, the initial booking payment may not be refunded.

  17. Any additional charges incurred during the event (e.g., extra hours, damages, or additional services) will be invoiced after the event and must be settled within 5 days.

  18. Rental Price at SIX IN THE CITY EVENT SPACE(Main Hall / Mezzanine is NOT included Wifi services. Additional Charge of RM100/Event
